Shipping Questions

I just placed my order, when will I get it?

Most often you will receive your order within 10 business days.  We make every effort to embroider and ship your order within 3 days.  Exceptions to this can occur when we are at a trade show, so please check the calendar to see if we will be on the road.  When we are traveling, your order will usually ship out on Tuesday after the show.

What shipping carriers do you use?

Currently we can ship your order via UPS Ground or the US Postal Service Priority Mail.  You can get a rate quote and choose your carrier on the checkout page.

How can I track my order?

You will receive your tracking number via email when your order is shipped.

What about damage?

Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for damages caused by shipping.  Each product is inspected for quality before shipping.  If there is an issue, we will work with you to file a claim with the carrier.

What if I need it sooner?

At this time we do not provide expedited shipping methods.  Ground shipping is cheaper, and most of our orders involve custom embroidery.  For these reasons we do not have guaranteed delivery dates.  If you need your order expedited, please Contact Us before placing your order, to find out if we can accommodate your request.
